INDUOIL® HL 2
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
INDUOIL® HL 2 is a low-viscosity, residue-free, special hydrocarbon-based lubricant.
APPLICATION
For very light non-cutting forming operations such as punching, forming, and bending, as well as for cutting operations such as turning, milling, drilling, etc., and for high-speed cutting (HSC).
Use as a sliding agent (e.g., when pressing in rubber eyelets, metal bushings, etc.) and as a cleaner.
INDUOIL® HL 4
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
INDUOIL® HL 4 is a low-residue punching, cutting, and forming cooling lubricant with excellent lubricating properties.
APPLICATION
For light non-cutting forming operations such as punching, forming, bending, drawing, profile rolling, tapering, deep drawing, but also for chip-cutting operations such as turning, milling, drilling, sawing, and threading.
INDUOIL® HL 6
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
INDUOIL® HL 6 is a low-viscosity, virtually residue-free special lubricant based on hydrocarbons.
APPLICATION
For light to medium non-cutting forming operations such as punching, forming, and bending, as well as for cutting operations such as turning, milling, drilling, etc., and for high-speed cutting (HSC).

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
INDUOIL® HL 20 is a high-performance oil based on special fatty alcohols with excellent adhesion and lubricating properties, suitable for a wide range of applications.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
INDUOIL® HL 42 is a high-performance cutting, punching and forming oil based on food-safe vegetable oils, with a highly effective combination of additives and outstanding wetting and lubricating properties.
APPLICATION
For non-cutting forming operations such as punching, bending, forming, drawing, profile rolling, but also for chip-cutting operations such as milling, turning, drilling, sawing, and threading.
INDUOIL® HL 48
PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
INDUOIL® HL 48 is a low-oil mist and low-evaporation cutting oil based on a synthetic base oil with a special combination of additives.
It is temperature-stable and has excellent pressure absorption and adhesion characteristics. The zinc-free additive guarantees stain-free surfaces even when machining non-ferrous metals.
APPLICATION
For chip-cutting and non-cutting operations such as milling, turning, drilling, sawing very large diameters, fine cutting, and thread forming.

INDUOIL® HL 55 is a fine punching, deep drawing, and forming medium based on vegetable oils, enhanced with a highly effective additive combination.

INDUOIL® HL 95 is a high-viscosity universal punching, cutting, and forming oil with above-average adhesion.

INDUOIL® LM 281 is a completely universal, high-viscosity punching, cutting, and forming oil with maximum adhesion and excellent pressure absorption characteristics based on pharmaceutical white oils.
